The fact that Hanover Iron Works details, fabricates, and erects metal components through a process involving multiple departments and processes requires an organized approach to scheduling and communication on each and every project.
We offer a turnkey approach to metal fabrication that most firms do not. This has required the evolution of an interdepartmental collaboration system designed to ensure accountability in the areas of scheduling and quality control.
The efforts of our project managers and each department are grounded by a systematic approach to scheduling. We have a track record of adhering to the most condensed project schedules so missing a deadline is not an option.
DESIGN/ASSIST EXCELLENCE
Our project managers work closely with the client up front to formalize a production schedule that includes agreed upon milestones by task. Those documents are then built into a master schedule that governs the responsibilities of each department.
The Hanover team has the ability to understand the role of each department and individual and how they affect the project at hand. They work as a cohesive unit from start to finish to protect our reputation for quality and timeliness.
